Haynes Roadster Seat Back Rail Tack Weld Jigs

Haynes Roadster Seat Back Rail Tack Weld Jigs

thingiverse

I'm building a Lotus Seven replica based off the Haynes Roadster plans outlined by Chris Gibbs. Printing various tools has dramatically improved the speed at which I work, vastly improving the quality and consistency of material cuts for the project. To ensure correct seat back rail angles (SB1 as per the book), I've created these angle templates to hold rails in place for tack welding. These parts have been designed for use with 1"x1" and 1"x2" square tube. The Fusion360 file is included, allowing you to adjust it for different size tubes if needed.
