Haynes Roadster Frame Jig Alignment Blocks
thingiverse
I'm constructing a Lotus Seven replica based off the Haynes Roadster plans designed by Chris Gibbs. I've discovered that printing various tools to assist in layout has significantly accelerated my work pace and substantially enhanced the quality and consistency of the required material cuts for the project. These blocks are utilized to help align and secure frame tubes to the build table, also useful for creating jigs and fixtures. These alignment blocks measure 1" x 2" with two holes for #12 wood screws (82˚ cone on the screw heads). I have included the parameterized Fusion360 file.
