I built swingarm spools for my 2003 Suzuki Hayabusa using a short piece of .75” copper tubing, cutting it down to a precise .45" length to join the halves together and match the bike's color scheme perfectly. To guarantee accurate alignment, I incorporated rings and grooves onto the face of each part.
