Hayabusa, literally the Peregrine Falcon in Japanese, was a spacecraft built by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) designed to collect a sample from a small near-Earth asteroid called 25143 Itokawa for thorough analysis on Earth. Originally known as MUSES-C for Mu Space Engineering Spacecraft C, Hayabusa launched into space on May 9, 2003, and encountered Itokawa in mid-September 2005. A highly-detailed model of the Hayabusa Satellite, or MUSES-C, was carefully created using 3D Studio Max 2016 and Vray 3.60.03. A basic setup for the scene is included. Preview images were captured from Substance Painter where high-quality materials were crafted. The model features advanced Vray materials that transform into multi-sub-materials, all uniquely unwrapped for optimal resolution and adaptability. The textures are 4K in each piece, boasting Diffuse, Glossiness, Height, IOR, Normal, and Reflection properties. Furthermore, the package includes exports of FBX, ABC, and OBJ formats along with a quick render sequence for enhanced functionality.
