Hay-Budden Anvil made in Brooklyn
thingiverse
The anvil in question is actually a London pattern model made by Hay-Budden, but surprisingly, it was forged all the way in Brooklyn NY. That tells us something about its age right there - this thing has some serious history to it. What's also significant is that the company shut down back in the 1920s. When looking at the underside of the anvil and its tail, you'll notice they've been touched up a bit, but overall, the scan captures it pretty accurately, thanks for keeping it real-sized so it will fit perfectly on any printer. Unfortunately, I don't have information on how big this thing was when it was new, I would guess though it might have weighed around 150 pounds - but that's just a rough estimate.
