Routers are designed for use on a Hawkeye 1700 tail-boom or any other tube that's twenty millimeters in diameter, to guide servo wires directly to the receiver. This streamlined approach significantly reduces assembly time at the field, eliminating the need to thread wires through the boom's center. To keep wires safely out of harm's way during flight, it's a good idea to secure them at the rear of the fuselage using Velcro or tape, protecting them from potential damage caused by propeller contact.
