The specific changes made include turning off the foot, setting the plate thickness to 2mm, adjusting the foot angle to 45 degrees, adding a plate border of 1 unit, raising the plate height to 15mm, increasing text height to 12mm, using 'Letters.dxf' font, setting text depth at 5mm and plate width to 150mm. The final message engraved on the plate reads "HAVE A GREAT DAY!"
