"Dear departed Brother Dave He outsmarted a bear within a cave" ― Dave's tombstone Dave is a phantom whose name appears on a monument of the Family Plot. Dave, whose unknown sibling or cousin outlived him and penned his epitaph, was evidently an infamous hunter. One day, pursuing a bear, he cornered it inside a cavern, where the bear probably got the upper hand. Since he lies in the family plot, he was likely from the family that owned the Estate back then, probably the wealthy Gracey family. Note I have not published this.
