It's scaled to 1 in 10^7 or one in ten million. This is about 20cm in the mayor axis. On this scale the Moon is a basketball, and Mars' moons Phobos and Deimos are 2 and 1 mm respectively.
The file's names explained: name_1_x_10_y.stl is 1 : x* 10^y. So _1_6_10_7 is 1:600000000 or one in 60 million.

136108 Haumea

Because of the rapid changes in its brightness, astronomers calculated a rotation period of 4 hours, which led to the conclusion that Haumea is a Jacobi ellipsoid, with three different diameters. The stellar transits of January 2017 confirmed its elongated shape, but it turned out to be larger than previously thought, resulting in a lower density that casts doubt on whether it is in hydrostatic equilibrium. It has two moons named Namaka and Hi'iaka and a ring with the diameter two times the largest diameter of Haumea.

Type: Dwarf planet. TNO.
