I created a basic ring using Tinkercad with a 20% infill, though I'm positive less would suffice. Since the design isn't tailored to any specific ring size, use a ring sizer tool and adjust the model's scale accordingly. This design is based on Thingiverse's 318876, which worked flawlessly for me.
