<p>Hatchet safety cap secured by rare earth magnets. &nbsp;The Fusion 360 model has parametric features. &nbsp;The height of the blade (bladeheight) and magnet diameter (magdia) can be adjusted to accommodate the tool and magnets. &nbsp;The current model blade height is 95mm. &nbsp;The magnets for this particular model are 10mm x 2mm and doubled up to increase the holding strength of the cap. &nbsp;The gcode print settings provide for for 100% infill for the 5mm thick base facing the cutting blade. &nbsp;There is basically a single layer of PTEG remaining between the magnets and the hatchet head. &nbsp;The magnets are a friction fit but may need superglue or epoxy depending on the 3d print. &nbsp;</p>
