I designed a simple spool holder for a Hatchbox filament spool to ensure smooth feeding into my printer. I aimed to prevent banding caused by varying filament feed tension. The attached FreeCAD design file was created with version 0.15, and you can easily customize it by editing the "Inside of spool" radius if needed. All size parameters are clearly labeled for hassle-free modification. If you don't have FreeCAD, it's open-source software available at http://www.freecadweb.org.
