To avoid denting felt hats, I prefer hat hangers compatible with 3M velcro wall strips. The setup is simple: print, stick, and hang the hat at a 10% fill rate due to lightweight hats. For an improved design, increase the angle of the hanger's tail in my next print session. Currently, I have printed four as a batch, but will upload an updated file upon further revisions.
