Hat rack clip Toyota Corolla

These two clips are replicas of a Toyota Corolla Europe (B) hat rack from 1996. I have printed them twice using different settings: 1. PLA: 0.2mm layer height, 75% infill with zig-zag patterns, one-by-one printing. 2. PA (Taulman Alloy 910): 0.2mm layer height, 50% infill with zig-zag patterns, one-by-one printing, followed by a post-processing step of soaking in cold water for one hour. Results: The PLA versions fit perfectly without breaking when installed, but I have concerns about their long-term durability. The PA versions are more flexible, and after some test prints, I found that the best results are achieved by setting the cooling to 100% for the last few millimeters of printing, where only the top part is printed.
