I hacked into the basic swivel joint connecting the head to the torso of an Action Man figure. A swift scan with the Kinect Sensor, along with some adjustments using Meshmixer, resulted in... Ta-da!: The very first Action Figure resembling myself sits before me. Instructions: 1. Disassemble the Action Man figure. 2. Measure the joint carefully. 3. Rebuild the joint with 123D Design. 4. Scan with a Kinect Sensor and Scannect. 5. Scale and optimize my head using Meshmixer. 6. Subtract the volume of the joint from the volume of my head. 7. Print it on an I3 Berlin
