Designed these TPU parts to protect my scuba light without the need of the Neoprene tube, that just not protects the light i would like to. Additionally it gives it a nice rugged look, and the handle is better protected also. For the handle grip, i added supports and a foot to get enough stability for the high and narrow print. There are models without the support, that you can use when you would like to design your own supports. The end rings have internal features that grab into the grooves. Only the Halogen Head ring, has none, since it has no grooves. If it slips off to easily, you might consider to glue them on. However, I chose not to glue them so you can take them off to be able to rinse them better when required. Especially when diving in salt water. STEP files are in case you might want to change them. Printing: Rings: Build plate adhesion: brim for end rings. none for center rings. Infill: at your discretion 20%-100%. Scale: 99% to get a nice tight fit. Supports: Only the ring near the handle, to bridge the opening. Handle Cover: Depending on how much overhang you can print without supports, you can choose the 40 or 65 degrees version. The 65 degrees version covers more of the handle, but is more critical to print. Build plate adhesion: None. Infill: 100%. Scale: 100%. You can try to scale it down, but a large risk that you wont be able to slide it on anymore. Supports: No, they are already in the model.
