Hartan Racer Front Bushing Replacement Bearing

This is a replacement part for the ball bearings of the front wheels on a Hartan Racer baby buggy. You need two of them to replace both bearings. Installation: 1) Release the center caps of the front wheels by pushing them in like a button or with a flat head screwdriver if that doesn't work. 2) Remove the star nuts with a side cutter. 3) Remove defective pressed-in ball bearings from the axle using a rotary tool. 4) Take off the plastic sleeve. 5) Clean the axle with WD40. 6) Scrub down any debris with a metal scrubber or something similar. 7) Use more WD40 and paper towels to clean it again. 8) Slide the printed bushings onto the bare metal axle. 9) Put the wheels back on. 10) Push the center caps back into place. How to Print: I used IGUS iglidur L150 filament. A roll costs about 20 credit units, which is definitely cheaper than buying a new buggy. However, if you want, try using PETG or Nylon instead.
