Harry Potter Soap Savon
thingiverse
I designed a glycerin soap with Harry Potter-inspired designs and personalized guest names. The soap has a magical touch with a glow-in-the-dark spider. It's easy to make and can be customized with small objects. The process takes 3 minutes for the 3D print and 30 minutes overall. This project is suitable for beginners. Materials needed: * 0.05m of PLA black filament * 500g of Melt&Pour transparent resin * A glow-in-the-dark spider * A silicone mold * A glass container with a microwave-safe lid * Optional: gold cosmetic powder and essential oils * Food wrap * Spray alcohol Instructions: 1. Download the .stl file with Harry Potter-inspired designs from www.buse-toi-meme.com. 2. Create your own .stl file with guest names by writing their names in a 3D software, then extruding the lines and saving as .stl. Ensure the font is at least 0.5mm thick and the extrusion is at least 0.5mm. 3. Open the files in your 3D printing software (Cura or CraftWare). 4. Set the print settings: * Speed: 50 mm/s * Support: None * Plate attachment: None 5. Save the G-code file. 6. Prepare the printer: * Insert the chosen filament * Check the printer's attributes: + PLA: 210°C nozzle, 60°C plate + nGen: 220°C nozzle, 75°C plate * Apply a thin layer of white glue to the plate * Load the G-code file and start printing 7. Collect the printed objects. 8. Prepare the ingredients: * Cut the Melt&Pour into cubes (2cm each) * Microwave until melted (30 seconds per 100g) 9. Vaporize the molds with spray alcohol to prevent bubbles. 10. Add gold powder, arachnid, and essential oils to the melted Melt&Pour. 11. Pour the mixture into the molds up to halfway. 12. Spray a small amount of alcohol onto each impression and place them in the soap. 13. Fill the molds with the remaining mixture. 14. Let it cool and refrigerate for 10 minutes. 15. Remove from the mold and wrap with food wrap.
