<h3> Credit: </h3>This is a remix of themathbook's Hogwarts Castle Lamp (thing:1935893). <h3> Changes I made: </h3> <ul> <li>I hollowed out the windows and the interior to allow light to shine through.</li> <li>The original design featured a hole in the base where the tea candle would sit on the table and poke through into the castle. In my design, the tea candle sits in the base and the castle goes over it.</li> <li>The hole in the base is designed to hold an artificial tea candle of normal size, which can be found at stores like Walmart or DollarTree. The base has a small indentation that matches the size of the castle's base, allowing the castle to nest on top.</li> </ul> <h3> Notes about Printing: </h3> <ul> <li>No supports are required for printing.</li> <li>A lighter color is needed if you want to see the light through the plastic. Alternatively, you can use a darker color and still achieve a beautiful effect with only the windows and doorway shining through.</li> <li>Scaling note: The Castle fits snugly into the Base. Depending on your printer's capabilities, you may need to scale the castle to 98% or the base to 102% for a perfect fit.</li> </ul> <h3> Special Thanks to user alexcagliari </h3> I extend my gratitude to alexcagliari for pointing out that I had uploaded an unscaled file.
