Harry Potter Golden Snitch Music Box

I wanted to create a music box for my daughter's Christmas gift. I liked the Golden Snitch by 3DCentralVA but didn't care for how the top piece was split into two sections. Understandably, this is done so that you can insert the hinge pin. However, I decided to sacrifice a snug hinge pin, which still works, albeit with a tiny bit of looseness, for a smooth, one-piece top. I remixed it in Tinkercad and came up with this design. There are two versions available: one with a cutout for the music box handle and another without a cutout for you to remix if necessary. You will need to create two wings; one file is provided here, while the other wing can be made by duplicating and mirroring the first file. To achieve the flapping appearance, I used a heat gun to shape the wings, making sure to support them as they were heated to prevent damage. It's essential to go slow when using a heat gun, as it can easily damage the wings. The music box I used was purchased from eBay: http://tinyurl.com/y7safrpn. You will need to obtain longer screws to secure the base in place; unfortunately, I don't recall the exact length required. Before attaching the screw, make sure to drill pilot holes into the base. This stand was also utilized, but it's likely that you will need to resize it; unfortunately, no remixes are allowed on this model, so you'll have to experiment with resizing it yourself.
