The 3d printer won't print your cake design straight out of the oven, at least not yet. But it's the magical tool for personalizing your cakes with a custom look. I made a two-tiered cake in Gryffondor house colors, red and yellow, based on a Molly cake recipe topped with white fondant and filled with chocolate ganache. The Molly cake recipe comes from my favorite website, where the steps are well-explained. You can find all the steps to make a perfect cake design at MyCake.fr. Details: * 3d printing time: around 3 hours (time depends on letter count) for the pic + 35 minutes for the tamper-print * Total time: 30 minutes (excluding cake design preparation) * Difficulty level: Beginner with basic knowledge of 3D.
