This model should comfortably fit onto a standard minifig body. If you find it's too snug, simply carve out some material from the neck opening with a knife to achieve a better fit. I strongly advise printing this piece on a resin printer for optimal results. While FDM printing is possible, be prepared for considerable post-processing work to refine the quality of the print.
