Harrison M250 lathe change gears
prusaprinters
<p>The Harrison M250 is a metalworking lathe, now out of production, but popular second hand in the home workshop. Change gears to cut different thread pitches are very hard to come by, and most lathes do not come with a full set. This print includes .stl files for all the standard change gear sizes, and openscad code to create any size gear you wish, and to change the clearance on the hub to make them fit snugly.</p><p>This uses code to create Module 1.5 gears from Dr Jörg Janssen (adapted from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4194148), and adds the central bore with 6 radial keyways for fitting to the lathe.</p>
