This selection of gears enables the English version of the Harrison L5A Lathe to thread in most all metric sizes as well as fine and coarse pitch ranges effectively. 40T - Used on the intermediate shaft for all metric pitches. 50T - Used on the intermediate shaft for the "Fine" English range, with the 100T gear. 60T - Used on the intermediate shaft for all metric pitches except 1.75, 3.5, 4.5 and 7. 63T - Used on the intermediate shaft for metric pitches 1.75, 3.5, 4.5 and 7'. 100T - Used on the intermediate shaft for the "Fine" English range, with the 50T gear. The 127T gear is not included in this selection since it has already been provided by nglasson at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1802545. Much thanks to nglasson for posting the SCAD source, which I used to generate these gears, and then added text on the sides of the gears after SCAD with Tinkercad. Note that infill is not as critical as shell thickness; you should ensure that teeth are solid. When working with 2 PLA printed gears meshing together, minimize use to only when actually threading. Although I'm unsure about the durability of these gears for constant use, they're more than up to the task of threading.
