Harpies have upper body of a beautiful but disheveled and dirty human female, a birdlike or reptilian lower body, with bent legs and clawed feet as well as gnarly hands with long claws on their fingers. Their powerful wings make them excellent fliers, which they use to their greatest advantage. These malevolent and deadly creatures use their captivating song as their most powerful ability, to charm all enemies that can hear them. Since their society is very primitive, they usually have only crude weapons, made of wood, bone and stone, so they mostly rely on their claws and brute physical might.
