Human Resources is responsible for finding and hiring the best candidates to fill job openings within the organization. This includes advertising available positions, reviewing resumes and cover letters, interviewing potential employees, checking references, and making a final decision on who will be hired. Once someone has been selected for hire, Human Resources provides them with all necessary information and paperwork to complete before their first day of work.
