From Paizo's "Skull and Shackles" adventure path 1 (The Wormwood Mutiny), the male human ex-pirate and his parrot : Harmak Gruft and Pluck. A remix of "Prisoner" by dutchmogul with the cage and the parrot added from remixing "28mm - Sheffield Gibbet - Medieval England by BigMrTong and "Macaw parrot - 3D Scan" by OpenScan. I also included the rescale of "Macaw parrot - 3D Scan" by OpenScan to fit a tiny base.
