Harley Sportster Speedo Sidemount

I was approached by a friend who asked me to create a side mount bracket for his Harley Sportster that didn't come with the light bar included. This is what I came up with, assembled, coated with resin (XTC3D) and painted. The design consists of two parts - the Speedo Bracket mount which is epoxied to the main part after printing and before finishing, ensuring that the strength vector always points in the right direction. I also included an internal cavity so cables can be routed neatly inside the enclosure all the way up to the mounting point.
