I'm thrilled to share my latest project with you, a fan cooler that's perfect for material just printed and an upgrade for the hot end cooler. This system was thoroughly tested on my trusty Prusa i3 Bowden extruder, and I'm delighted to report that it performed flawlessly. I worked tirelessly for 32 hours straight, running three consecutive sequences without any interruptions or setbacks. The material used was PETG, which is notorious for its high temperature requirements. Despite these challenging conditions, the fan cooler system remained steadfast, keeping everything cool and under control. If you're looking to print with the highest density setting of 100%, I highly recommend giving this fan cooler a try. Not only will it ensure your prints are smooth and even, but it'll also help prevent warping and other issues that can arise from high-temperature materials. To make things easier for you, I've included the G-code file settings used in my test runs: * Hotend Temperature: 225° * Bed Temperature: 65° * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 100% The time it takes to print these files is approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes for Harley_Side_Fan_DX.gcode, and about 2 hours for Harley_Side_Fan_SX.gcode. Give this fan cooler a try, and I'm confident you'll be impressed with the results!
