This is the Mrk 1.8 of the Front Battery Cover clip for the Harley Davidson Sportster 05 and later. This Version is slimmer, Tougher and even more durable than the Version 1 .I also added guides in the main body so that you can use a flat screw driver when you want to remove the pinsNote:  *When in slicer rotate the main body_Base model to place on face like the photos to reduce the amount of supports need it to print.             *make sure to remove any excess support from the main body and holes the pins should slide with the minimum amount of friction as possible .            *No need to smooth out any surface just print the files and use the models  UPDATE:Fixed the distance of the cover side hole in order to be used properly with the rear clip (MK1.8)https://www.printables.com/model/373761-harley-davidson-sportster-rear-battery-cover-clip- *** At the photos the White big clip is the Mrk1.0 and the Black is the Mrk1.8  Update:  I fixed some errors to the design and i also added thickness for 4.50mm to 4.80mm to make it tighter and even more secure that before.
