When you swap out the standard Turn light from HD for Kellerman turn lights, the original oval-shaped second hole becomes visible and doesn't look as sleek. This plug fills in that hole, giving it a more polished appearance. On the right side, you'll need to duplicate this modification because the oval shape isn't symmetrical.
