Rebuilt this model from scratch. All the letters are now smooth (Like the "D" in Davidson) and no longer has flaws in the lettering. I used the M600 gcode command to add the coloring changes as MeesterED originally stated and used in his design. I printed this in PETG using eSun Black PETG and Hatchbox White and Orange PETG. Rescale this model in your slicer to get the required size and thickness you desire.
