My Skerton Pro coffee grinder had a persistent wobble in its central shaft that caused the burrs to scrape together repeatedly during rotation. To address this issue, I designed and implemented a custom replacement washer with slightly longer dimensions and tighter tolerances. The result was a complete elimination of the burr rub, yielding a remarkably even grind. This solution has already proven effective for me, and I am eager to hear how it might benefit others in similar situations.
