Area of carved outcrop on Hare Crag, situated northeast of Doddington in Northumberland, reveals a unique aspect of local history. Carvings along this quarried outcrop stretch approximately 200 meters and can be found both in improved pastureland and within modern plantations. Recorded as Hare Law Crag Six on the Beckensall Archive (BA), its addition to the ERA database by NADRAP in 2008 marked a significant milestone. Stan Beckensall documents faint motifs near the scales and triangle, adding depth to this archaeological site. The ERA record incorporates BA material, accessible at https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=16.
