This customizable clip lets you attach a flashlight to your hardhat with accessory slots. Say goodbye to subpar headlamps! Straps on most headlamps don't fit hard hats well, and the lights are often not bright enough or use AAA batteries. Attach your lithium 14500 powered Sipik clone for superior illumination. The included STL fits a Sipik SK-68 onto an MSA V-Gard hardhat. Measure your flashlight diameter and hardhat slot width, then edit the scad file or use customizer. Test print with ABS at 100% infill to ensure a perfect fit. Adjust parameters like Thickness (2mm for strength), Release Tab Length (4mm for ease of removal), Locking Clip Angle (for snugness), Locking Clip Reach (for barb depth), and Locking Clip Barb Size (2mm for a secure fit) to customize the clip for your hardhat.
