I misplaced my original case and decided to give designing one myself a shot. My attempt holds reading glasses securely with interior sloped sides, but they come loose easily when you grasp the bridge through the slot and pull on it. The quality of the print shown in the pictures is due to me opting for a fast 0.3mm layer height to get it done quickly so I could carry it around.
