Hard knob for height adjustment circular saw FESTOOL TS 55 EBQ
thingiverse
This is a custom knob for the M6x10x30 nut used to adjust the height of my friend Davide P.'s circular saw, and I appreciate him providing the photos. To achieve maximum grip, the inner section should be printed horizontally on the 3D printer with an extremely high infill percentage (50-60%), while the outer part should be printed vertically at a lower infill percentage (20-25%). This balance allows for optimal robustness, size, and material efficiency. The M6x10x30 nut is securely fastened into the inner section's hexagonal hole by a locking screw if needed. ABS plastic is used, but other materials can also be employed. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mini Kossel He3d DLT 180 Rafts: No Preference Supports: None Required Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: As Described Above
