Hard Hat Picatinny Rail fits MSA V-Gard side slot

Provides a 29mm wide picatinny rail with 2 slots that clips into the side of an MSA construction hard hat. May also work with other brands but has not been tested. Clip is 29mm (1 1/8") wide, so if you have a similar sized slot on your hard hat (usually used for ear protection) then this will likely fit for you. I printed with a 0.8mm nozzle and a raft, but the print itself is not complicated so tweak as needed. I also use pretty thick walls (3-5mm) to ensure it won't warp when clamped.
