Hard Hat Face Shield Holder

There's a massive effort underway everywhere to supply face shields for healthcare workers, and it seems to be gaining momentum. However, many people outside of the healthcare industry still require face shields. Since my printer can't print a standard headband for medical face shields, I decided to contribute in another way. This 3-piece set allows users to attach any transparent film to the front of a hard hat, protecting their faces. In my case, I used a 2-liter soft drink PET bottle, and it fits my face quite well. Although it still needs some tuning due to its inward curvature, a flat sheet of PET or other transparent rigid film would work perfectly. I aimed to keep this design as simple, affordable, and quick as possible for individuals who must wear hard hats but can't use regular face shields.
