Hard Drive Grommets for HP Elitedesk 800 SFF

These mounting grommets are designed for installing hard drives in the HP Elitedesk 800 SFF, but they can also fit other models. I created these grommets to help my friend mount his hard drives, and he was kind enough to share them with you. The included grommets come in two sizes: one for 2.5 inch drives and another for 3.5 inch drives. For the 3.5 inch drives, my friend used 6-32 screws with a 6.4mm head diameter and a 3.4mm thread size. I made the holes in the grommets slightly larger to provide extra clearance - 6.6mm for the head and 3.6mm for the threads. It's essential to note that not all screws will fit, as some have larger heads than others. The design of these grommets does not accommodate screws with larger heads, so make sure you have the correct ones. My friend specifically mentioned this point. For 2.5 inch drives, my friend used M3X6 screws and reported that they all fit without issues. However, to ensure compatibility, here are the specifications: the inset in the grommet is 6mm in diameter, and the screw hole is 3.3mm in diameter.
