hard disk drive stack rack
thingiverse
You'll need four thumbscrews for each hard disk drive to assemble the stack. To align them, start by loosely screwing two drives together, then tighten while on top of one another. For the third hard drive, simply attach it to an already aligned drive and secure with a screw. There are two file options available: short or extended. In my experience, 500GB and below use the shorter alignment, while 1GB and above require the longer one. The difference between the two is just 1.5mm, so if you're unsure which to choose, it's best to go with the extended option.
