I was really impressed by Johny555's *HDD holder* design and wanted to take it a step further for my own needs. I required specific spacing for my HDDs and sought to minimize filament usage and printing time. To achieve this, I modified the original design using FreeCAD, adding a few holes to make it more suitable for my requirements. Additionally, I created "generic" drive spacing versions that others may find useful. To make these designs more versatile, I included three variations: 1. **HDD_Rack** combines different slot widths: * One 15mm wide slot * Two 22mm wide slots * One 36mm wide slot 2. **HDD_Rack-17mm** features four 17mm wide slots each 3. **HDD_Rack-22mm** consists of four 22mm wide slots Customization is key, and I've provided the source *.FCStd* file for FreeCAD to allow users to modify the design according to their needs. Simply download and install FreeCAD, load the relevant .FCStd file, and edit the "Profile Sketch" under "Profile Pad." The drive slot spacings are displayed as dimensions on the sketch, which can be easily modified by double-clicking on the dimension number. Be cautious when making significant changes, as they may affect the overall design.
