I'm planning to design a portable wallet that's both compact and lightweight, ideal for carrying essentials without overloading my pockets. I don't need an abundance of cash or cards, but want the freedom to store everything I require. Considering the lid might become detached if completely removable, I envisioned a wallet with a hinge that allows it to open and close smoothly. Creating a robust hinge solely with 3D prints proves challenging; therefore, I opted for a combination of 3D printing and a para-code strap. Unfortunately, explaining how to weave a para-cord is beyond the scope of this project, so please refer to an alternative resource for that information. While accessing the contents may be slightly cumbersome, I believe my design strikes a perfect balance between style and functionality.
