Harbor Frieght Sieg X2 Mini Mill Power Feed

<p>This is a printed power feed based on a LS400 Front Right (Passenger) window lift motor, P/N 8572050060 (~$15 when I purchased mine) with a generic ‘10-55V DC Motor controller’ (https://www.ebay.com/itm/124828416816). It works with the Sieg X2 model mills, and probably not with the X2D (LMS, with the larger travel and bed). It expects the end of the X axis leadscrew (with slot) to be about 40mm from the left end of the table, and the longer table on the X2D has a full-length leadscrew from what I understand.</p><p>The two thickest wires on the motor (red and green on mine) are the drive wires that get connected to the controller. I can't figure out what the other three (Black, Yellow, Blue on mine) are for. If anyone knows, please pass it on.</p><p>It requires a M5x16 socket head cap screw for the motor pivot, a M5x45 SHCS for the lever pivot, and a M5x10 SHCS for the stop ‘pin’, in the 3 holes of the motor mount. These need thread locker, since they aren't all torqued down - ideally, there would be custom shoulder bolts in the two pivots.</p><p>The controller attaches to the shield (SwarfShield_Front.stl, SwarfShield_Top.stl) with 3x M3x8 button head cap screws, and the shield attaches to the motor mount with 3x M3x6 BHCS.</p><p>It also requires some M3 heat set inserts and 3x M3x16 SHCS (with washers) for attaching the power feed unit to the power feed mount.
