Harbor Freight Zurich ZR11 ODB2 Scanner Case
thingiverse
This is a sturdy, hinged enclosure for the Harbor Freight Zurich ZR11 ODB scanner that really delivers results. After only a few days of ownership, my scanner has already helped me pinpoint a misfire that surfaced on a recent road trip, thanks to its impressive performance. It appears to work flawlessly and the main gripe in customer reviews is the lack of an enclosure. It's not a rapid print job, so I recommend keeping the infill low (15-20%) to minimize filament/printing time. You'll need a printer capable of printing roughly 205mm in either direction. Similar to my other cases, I used long M3 screws for the hinges, but you could probably use anything around 3mm or less in diameter. The trays could likely be adjusted to work with other models, so if you have one, send me a photo and the dimensions and I'll see what I can do.
