This is a replacement for the small gear in the headband of a Harbor Freight welding hood and probably many other inexpensive Chinese welding hoods. It's the gear in the headband size adjuster that tightens or loosens the band. Print it square shank down with support in a tough filament. I used PETG, but PLA+ or ABS would be fine too.
