Harbor Freight Plastic Organizer Compartment Dividers
thingiverse
I'm really fond of the Storage Box Bin part from Harbor Freight's 24-part organizers, and I think it has great potential for modification. My initial idea was to create a divider piece that could be glued in, but then I stumbled upon ngoconwood's design and thought it was perfect. This remix is essentially identical to the original, but with one key difference: I've thinned down the walls from 2mm to 1mm, which not only saves a lot of plastic but also reduces the cost. Considering these bins are already quite affordable, it would be a shame to waste an entire spool of plastic printing sub-dividers. In addition to the modified design, I've also uploaded SolidWorks files for the bins that were created from the original STL files. Keep in mind that these dividers aren't designed to be as robust as those found in Sortimo bins, but they do allow for a greater variety of parts within the same organizer.
