I needed an extra thick pad for my mini clamp because the edge had a 2 inch overhang. I used the dimensions of the corner clamp to make an extra thick bumper, and I will work on shortening the outside clamp to help fit around round objects. Also the outside needed to be able to periodically clamp around a cylinder, so modified the 'outside' part of the clamp.
