Harbor Freight LED flashlight to handlebar clamp
thingiverse
To illuminate your handlebars, attach a low-cost or complimentary HF 3.5" 9-LED mini flashlight. The light's diameter is .960", while the bar's diameter measures 1". Modify these dimensions in the OpenSCAD file as desired. To print, open each *half.stl file in replicatorG and build separately. Print both halves - one for a .960" flashlight, the other for a 1" handlebar. Glue the printed pieces together, then attach the light to the clamp and the clamp to your bars. This project involves assembling two parts of a clamp designed specifically for your LED light. Note that hf_flashlight_clamp_overview.stl may not be suitable for printing since it's just a visual representation of the glued-together clamp. If you plan to edit OpenSCAD, remember to use inches instead of mm. Prepare for printing by exporting the compiled STL file from OpenSCAD, scaling by 25.4 in ReplicatorG, rotating the model to lay flat, and moving it to the platform's center.
