Harbor Freight Flashlight Bicycle Handlebar Mount
thingiverse
Designed to secure Harbor Freight's affordable LED flashlight to the underside of my Raleigh Rush Hour pedal bike handlebars/steering stem, measuring 34.7mm in diameter. This design may also work for other tubes with similar dimensions. To assemble the pieces, use M5 bolts that thread smoothly into the clip and fit loosely into the mount. A snug fit is not necessary; a loose fit is intentional to allow for flexibility. I printed this design using PETG due to its exceptional strength and flexibility, which is ideal for installing flashlights securely. However, printing with PLA may lead to breakage, as I have not tested it extensively. For optimal results, print the largest face of the design on the build plate without supports. The screw holes are the only areas with overhangs, but they should still print well if your printer is properly calibrated. April 9, 2019: Released V3 with refined edges and fewer bolt holes for enhanced strength. Additionally, I integrated an X-mount to securely lock phone cases into place within the mount.
